What does the booking process look like?
Once you submit the form, we check to ensure all details are complete. If everything is in order, we will assign a driver and a vehicle to your booking. You will then receive a reply from us with an official confirmation of your order, along with detailed pickup instructions if needed.
If any information is missing from the form, our staff member will contact you directly via the email address you provided, give you a call, or reach out on WhatsApp.
How can I pay for the ride?
Many customers ask about payment options. Generally, payment is made directly to the driver during the trip.
This is a highly convenient and safe solution for you—in case of unforeseen circumstances (like a canceled flight), you don't have to worry about complicated refund procedures.
We offer full flexibility. We accept all types of online and cash payments. Very convenient methods include PayPal or Revolut, and in Poland, we gladly accept BLIK payments.
