Władysławowo is one of the most popular seaside resorts in Poland. Every year, it attracts thousands of tourists who want to relax on beautiful beaches, admire picturesque landscapes and take advantage of the rich entertainment offer.


Władysławowo, however, has much more to offer than just the sea and the sun. It is also a place full of interesting attractions that will satisfy lovers of nature, culture, sports and history. Below we present you the top 10 attractions that are worth visiting during your stay on the Baltic Sea.


Some of the attractions may surprise you and others delight you:

  1. Aleja Gwiazd Sportu - is a promenade from the church leading down to the sea. You can take a walk here and remember the names that made us experience amazing sports moments. Interesting and nicely kept place.

  2. Ocean Park - is an amusement park with many attractions for children and adults. Here you can admire a talking whale, a large playground and a LEGO tent. You can also see many species of marine and prehistoric animals on a natural scale.

  3. Butterfly Museum - is a private museum located in the tower of the Fisherman's House . There are lots of items from all over the world. Worth visiting. It is possible to watch movies about butterflies. You can feel here like in another beautiful world.

  4. The upside down house is an interesting place to visit. Visiting time may take about 10 minutes. The labyrinth rages in this place. The children are very impressed.

  5. The Fisherman's House - is a building erected in the 1950s as hotel for fishermen. Currently, it is managed by the city hall. The tower has been changed into an observation tower with two terraces from which you can admire the city and the surrounding area.

  6. Lunapark Sowiński - it's a nice summer attraction. If you want to raise your adrenaline, it's worth coming here. Nice service. There is one rollercoaster, a few attractions for the brave and many interesting places for children. A great place for the whole family.

  7. Seaport - this is an interesting place to visit in Władysławowo. One of the largest ports on our coast. Here you can buy fresh fish straight from the fishing boat.

  8. Cetniewo Beach - it is a large and nice beach. The cliff is really high. Corn, popcorn, peanuts in caramel nearby. Walks along the beach in Cetniewo are unforgettable moments.

  9. Slone Meadows Nature Reserve - is a quiet and peaceful place that is located on the bay. An ideal place for a romantic walk for two. The wooden promenade goes towards the sea, where you can admire nature.

  10. The Rozewie Lighthouse - one of the most beautiful lighthouses in Poland coast. Jastrzębia Góra and Rozewie are such “Polish mountains by the sea”. The cliffs create an amazing atmosphere.

How to get to Władysławowo?


If you plan to go to Władysławowo from Gdańsk, you have several options to get there. You can use the car, train, bus or taxi.


Each has its own advantages and disadvantages, and travel time and cost can vary depending on the day of the week, time of year, and traffic. Here is a brief overview of available means of transport:

  • By car. From Gdańsk, we head for the S6 expressway, and in Reda we enter the provincial road No. 216, which leads to Władysławowo. How much time should be allotted to cover the entire route? Much depends on the current traffic volume. We are able to get to Władysławowo from Gdańsk in about 1.15 hours, passing such places as Rumia, Reda, Widlino, Sławutówko, Celbowo, Puck and Swarzewo on the way. The cost of fuel will be about PLN 40 both ways and the distance to cover is 66 km from the center of Gdańsk.

  • By train. Access from Gdańsk to Władysławowo is also possible by train. However, you will need a transfer. From the Gdańsk railway station, we take the SKM train to Gdynia Główna station, and from there we take the POLREGIO train going directly to Hel. The journey will take approximately 2 hours. You can take your bicycle on the train. The cost of the ticket will be about PLN 20 one way.

  • By bus. We can also go to Władysławowo by bus. Hoper buses run regularly from Gdańsk, stopping at several stops along the way and reaching the center of Władysławowo. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. The cost of the ticket will be about PLN 34 one way.

  • By Taxi or Transfer Taxi. The most expensive but the fastest and most convenient way to get to Władysławowo from Gdańsk is by taxi. We can order it by phone or mobile application and determine the pick-up and destination. The journey takes about an hour, but may be longer during peak hours or in bad weather. The cost of a taxi will be about PLN 200 one way. The undoubted advantage of this means of transport is that the local driver knows the area like the back of his hand, it is useful in the summer season when the entire route is practically jammed from morning to evening. Then it is worth trusting a professional driver who knows the area better than Google maps.
